For periodicals, the maximum loan period is 14 days and the number of library items on loan at one time is 2 issues, with the exception the latest edition.
Several dictionaries, encyclopedias, and other reference materials are available to users for on-site consultation only. They are located on the A1, G1, and H shelves and are labeled accordingly (red sticker).
Check the availability of a document on the Primo BSU website or ask a librarian during opening hours.
You may borrow items outside of opening hours. Please fill out the logbook at the front desk, providing the following information: DATE OF BORROWING (dd/mm/yyyy), AUTHOR + TITLE OF THE BOOK, LAST NAME + FIRST NAME, SIGNATURE, DATE OF RETURN (dd/mm/yyyy).
The librarian will then process the loan online. During opening hours, please speak directly to the librarian.
Materials may be returned at any time on the trolley located inside the Library.
The loan period can be extended up to two times as long as the material has not been reserved.
Items that are currently on loan can be reserved on Primo BSU or by emailing the librarian. As soon as they are returned, you will be notified, and they will be held for you at the library for one week.
Users shall be responsible for all library materials in their care and are required to replace them or to pay for any damage to or loss of such materials.
