Deadlines and fees

Dates

• 12th of May 2017 - Deadline for pre-registration with abstract submission (although later abstract submission might be considered)
• 13th of May 2017 - Latest notification of acceptance (for participants who registered before 12th of May)
• 14th of May 2017 - Deadline for on-line registration with early registration fee ⁽¹⁾
• 26th of June 2017 - Deadline for pre-registration (without abstract) and on-line registration with late registration fee ⁽¹⁾

⁽¹⁾ The on-line registration is a 2-step process: once you register, you will need to wait up to 24 hours before receiving an email that validates your registration; then you can pay your registration fee by credit card.

Fees

• Faculty : 250 € (early pre-registration) / 300 € (late pre-registration, i.e. > 14 May)
• Post-doc and students : 150 € (early pre-registration) / 200 € (late pre-registration, i.e. > 14 May)

Conference dinner for partners is not included in the registration fee. Additionnal fees : 90 €
