« Gamma rays from dark matter annihilation in galactic subhaloes »

L. Pieri

We study the effect of the existence of a population of subhaloes within our Galaxy on indirect dark matter detection. We will focus on the detectability of gamma-rays deriving from the annihilation of dark matter in galactic substructures with masses ranging from microsolar to 10^10 Msun. We will show how predictions may change dramatically depending both on the particle physics and on the halo model we choose.
