| « Cosmological Inflation for Dummies » |

| In the first part of this YMCA, I will present what is the theory of cosmological inflation. This includes observational evidence, physical intuition/understanding of it, and (simple) theoretical developments. The goal is that the audience becomes familiar with the physics of the primordial universe. In the second part of the talk, I will show how one can use inflation to probe the physics at the highest reachable energies, orders of magnitude above the energy scales involved at the LHC, hence building a giant cosmological collider. I promise, there will be no equation in my talk ! |
