I will discuss the existing observational evidence for radiative and hydrodynamic feedback from star formation, supernovae, and black hole growth during the cosmic epoch when all of these processes peaked. The implications of the observations for the process of galaxy formation and the physics of the intergalactic medium will be emphasized. |
